What is an EPP Key/Auth-Info and where can I find it?

An EPP key/Auth-info is a transfer authorization code required by certain top level domains when transferring to a new registrar. The EPP key must be obtained from a domain's current registrar before submitting the domain for transfer.

Usually you can have the EPP key sent to you. If you are registered with MelbourneIT, go to Password Recovery, and enter in your domain name. It will tell you where the email is sent to. If the email is no longer valid, you will need to fill out the recovery form on the right and fax it to them.
