Domain Name Registration is not refundable

Regarding domain registration, please note that all domains registered through AU Business Hosting are valid for 1 year if it is a .com address and 2 years if it is a .com.au address.

Once a domain name is registered/renewed/transfered, we will not be able to refund any payments made toward the renewal of the domain.

In saying this, please make sure that when registering a new domain, that you do have the spelling correct and that you realize that when the process is over, we cannot simply unregister the domain for you and it will be YOURS for a year (or longer).
