Transferring a Domain to AU Business Hosting

To transfer a domain from your current registrar to AU Business Hosting, a few steps are necessary. First, you will need to contact your current registrar to both obtain the EPP authorization key and ensure the domain is currently unlocked. Secondly, please contact us through the support ticket system and include your EPP authorization key.

Please understand that a domain transfer can take anywhere from 1 to 7 days. During this time, a verification e-mail will be sent to the Registrant e-mail contact on the WhoIs information for the domain in question. This e-mail must be verified and approved for the transfer to complete. Upon completion, the domain will be completely manageable via the AU Business Hosting account.

A few things to note:
=============
1. If the domain you wish to transfer is nearing expiration, the transfer must complete prior to the expiration date. If the expiration date is reached, the domain must be renewed at the current registrar and 60 days must pass before the domain can be transferred away. Unfortunately, this is a requirement for all domains in general, and is not a restriction provisioned by AU Business Hosting.

If any time, you have any questions or concerns with your transfer, please feel free to open a ticket at http://aubusinesshosting.com/whmcs/submitticket.php
